Adrianna Papell Sequin Blouson Dress in Dusty Blue has only been worn once. It has two areas on the back where beads have come off, they really aren't very noticeable with the dress on. I have the original bag of replacement beads and sequins should you want to add them. Straps have been shortened about 2 inches, but can be let back out if necessary (see photo).
